I had another ct scan and visit with my lymphoma doctor at mskkc on Tuesday. I did very well. Everything is stable and some scar tissue in my chest actually shrunk a bit-yay! My counts are basically the same-slightly low wbc and platelets, everything else is normal. My doctor says it's my "new normal." I was seeing him every three months for so long because he was watching my low blood counts. Now he says that I will see him less, every six months with a ct scan each time. So that is great!
Now I am feeling totally great. I have no more pain at all and I have tons of energy. It's the new and improved me-ha-ha. So now I can enjoy my summer off and have fun. We have no vacation plans yet, but our house needs a no vacancy sign. My cousin Antonio is coming from Italy for three months to stay with us and during that time Steve's parents will be up from Florida for a week. But I am happy to have the company.
